No call required to read this

One number. It is on this page.

$10 per aircraft per month. That's the whole price. Nothing per student, nothing per instructor, no setup fee, no contract, and no extra module you find out you need in month three.

What that works out to

FleetPer monthPer year
3 aircraft $30 $360
6 aircraft $60 $720
10 aircraft $100 $1,200
20 aircraft $200 $2,400

The first 3 months are free, and so is the move

The reason schools stay on software they've stopped liking is that moving the data is a weekend nobody has. So it gets handled for you. Send your aircraft, current Hobbs and Tach, when the next 100-hour and annual fall due, your members and your rates, in whatever spreadsheet you already keep. It gets imported and you get a login.

No card is needed to start, and nothing bills until the free months are up.

Being cheapest was never the argument, and at $10 an aircraft AviHawk isn't. Here's what the table actually shows. Two of them price by active student: Wingtrex adds $9 a month per student on top of the aircraft fee. Several bill instructors and simulators as resources. Three won't quote at all without a sales call. A forty-student school pays the same here as a four-student school. Prices move, so check their current terms rather than taking this table's word for it.

Billing questions

What counts as an aircraft?
An aircraft on the schedule. Instructors, simulators, students and staff accounts aren't charged as resources, which is where a lot of competitors' real invoices come from.
What if we add or sell an aircraft mid-month?
The plan follows the fleet from the next bill. Nothing is backdated and there is no change fee.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing dramatic. The school keeps working while the card is retried, and for two weeks after a plan lapses before new reservations are refused. Existing bookings, records and history stay put. Nothing is ever deleted over non-payment.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. Monthly, cancel from the settings page.
Can we get our data out?
Yes, in full, at any time, without asking anyone. It's your operation's record.
